A digital connection on the front allows you to connect your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. The SC-1223 is ready for high-resolution music files, gapless playback, 4K Ultra HD video and multi-zone functionality as well as convenient receiver control via Pioneer’s free iControlAV2013 app. In addition, it offers playback of audio files stored in the Direct Streaming Digital (DSD) format through its front USB.
